RAF709 is a potent, selective, and efficacious B/C RAF inhibitor with IC50 values of 0.4 nM and 0.5 nM for BRAF and CRAF, respectively. RAF709 was cellularly potent in a KRAS mutant cell line (Calu-6) and was well-tolerated and efficacious in KRAS mutant xenograft models.
