Description

Selective reversible inhibitor of monoacylglycerol lipase (MAGL; IC50 value 46 nM) with 35-fold higher selectivity over human α/β-hydrolase-6 (ABHD6) and 150-fold higher selectivity over human FAAH.
The Loratidine analog JZP 361 fully retained H1 antagonistic activity as well (pA2 value 6.81) but is devoid of cannabinoid receptor (CB) affinity.
