A Safe Way to Test for Potentially Hazardous Chemicals

Students will analyze three provided water samples using indicator paper rather than liquid chemicals. This makes testing for ammonium, copper, iron nitrate, nitrates, sulfates, pH, and oil in water safer and easier. It comes with materials for four setups, a teacher’s manual, and student instructions.
