| Description | Purity ~90% (SDS-PAGE). ACP5, also known as tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase type 5, is involved in osteopontin and bone sialoprotein dephosphorylation. Its expression seems to increase in certain pathological states such as Gaucher and Hodgkin diseases, the hairy cell, the B-cell, and the T-cell leukemias. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa22-325 from human ACP5, expressed in insect cell. Molecular Weight: ~34.3kD (304aa), 28-40kD (SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.)
