| Description | Purity >95% by SDS-PAGE, MW: 77.4 kDa. The recombinant human ICAM1/Fc is a disulfide-linked homodimer. The reduced monomer consists of 700 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 77.4 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the apparent molecular mass of rh ICAM1/Fc monomer migrates with an apparent molecular mass of 100-110 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the human ICAM1 (NP_000192.2) extracellular domain (Met 1-Glu 480) was fused with the C-terminal polyhistidine-tagged Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus. |
