| Description | KDM4A / JHDM3A / JMJD2A Antibody (aa1-350) LS-C305913. Specificity: Human KDM4A / JHDM3A / JMJD2A. Expected to cross react with JMJD2C (>90% similarity), JMJD2B (>85% similarity) due to high homology to these JMJD2 paralogs considering the antigen used. Observed detection of purified recombinant human JMJD2D at 50 ng suggesting only ~10% cross reactivity with recombinant JMJD2D, however bands were detected at 60 kDa from cell samples. |
