| Description | NGF Antibody (HRP) LS-C548354. Recognizes mouse nerve growth factor-beta (NGF). Less than 1% cross-reactivity against recombinant human BDNF, NT3 and NT4 by ELISA. Species cross-reactivity: rat, chicken and human. Does not react with bovine NGF. Inhibits neuron survival and the outgrowth actions of mouse NGF in chicken dorsal root ganglion in vitro. |
