| Description | Protein Molecular Weight: 14.3kD. Enhanced proliferation of thymocytes can be induced by co-stimulation with sub-optimal levels of phytohaemagglutinin (PHA) and IL-2. MBS232224 can be used in a functional assay to measure IL-2 induced proliferation of chicken T cells, using a neutralising IL-2 monoclonal antibody. MyBioSource recommend the use of MBS215386 for this purpose. MBS232224 also cross-reacts with turkey IL-2 in functional assays, but not mammalian IL-2. Maximum activity: dilution 1:50 |
