| Description | The ASRGL1 (Isoaspartyl Peptidase/L-Asparaginase) BioAssay™ ELISA Kit is a quantitative sandwich assay for the detection of ASRGL1 in human serum, plasma and other biological fluids. Cell and tissue homogenates have not been tested but may potentially be used as samples. Detection Range: 0.78-50ng/ml Sensitivity: <0.469ng/ml Precision: Intra-Assay CV: <8% Inter-Assay CV: <10% Assay Principle: The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to ASRGL1. Standards and samples are added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells followed by a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to ASRGL1. Streptavidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. After TMB substrate solution is added, only those wells that contain ASRGL1, Biotin-conjugated antibody and enzyme-conjugated Streptavidin complex will exhibit a change in color.
