| Description | HSPD1 / HSP60 Antibody (clone 4H11) LS-C63276. Detects an ~65 kD protein, corresponding to the apparent molecular mass of Hsp65 on SDS -PAGE immunoblots, in samples from M. bovis and M. leprae origins. There is no reactivity with the mammalian Hsp60 homologues from human, monkey, mouse, rat, yeast and Drosophila, or with GroEL from E. coli. |
