| Description | GZMK / Granzyme K Antibody LS-C24043. Recognizes granzyme K transiently expressed on the cell surface of transfected BOSC cells as well as the native protein in peripheral blood mononuclear cells. Reacts with human granzyme K (GrK), a 28kD serine protease whose gene is located on chromosome 5q11-12 close to the granzyme A-encoding gene. Does not cross-react with the human granzymes A B or M. |
