| Description | Purity >98%. IAA-94 is an indanyloxyacetic acid (IAA) inhibitor of chloride channels that binds channels in bovine kidney cortex microsomes with a Ki value of 1 µM. At 10 µM, it also reversibly inhibits chloride intracellular channel proteins, which have both soluble and membrane-bound activities. IAA-94 is used to study the properties of chloride channels in a variety of preparations. |
