Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-Human IgG, anti-Human IgG F(ab')2 and anti-Human Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Human IgG F(c) or anti-Pepsin. |
