| Description | The Anti-AChR (Anti-Acetylcholine Receptor Antibody) BioAssay™ ELISA Kit (Human) is a quantitative indirect assay for the detection of Anti-AChR antibody in human serum, plasma and other biological fluids. Detection Range: 1.563-100ng/ml Sensitivity: <0.938ng/ml Precision: Intra-Assay CV: <8% Inter-Assay CV: <10% Assay Principle: The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with Acetylcholine Receptor. The standards and test samples are added into the respective wells and the plate is incubated and washed. Biotinylated goat anti-human IgG is then added to each well, followed by incubation and washing steps. HRP-Streptavidin is added and unbound materials are removed by washing. HRP-catalyzed reaction of the TMB substrate results in a blue colored product which changes into yellow upon addition of the stop solution.
