| Description | GOAT ANTI HUMAN MELK (C-TERMINAL). This item is specific for human maternal embryonic leucine zipper kinase (MELK), also known as KIAA0175. MELK is a member of the AMPK family, which has several consensus glycosylation sites.This item consistently detects a band of approximately 120-150kD in Jurkat and Hela cell lysates, which is larger than the predicted size of 72kD. The activity of the antibody has been confirmed against recombinant MELK protein by western blotting. |
