| Description | CDKN1B / p27 Kip1 Antibody (phospho-Thr187, HRP) LS-C548514. Specific for p27 when phosphorylated at Thr187. On Western blots, it identifies the target band at ~27kD. It does not react with unphosphorylated p27. Specificity has been confirmed with Thr187-mutant p27 recombinant protein. Reactivity has been confirmed with p27-transfected 293 cells. Based on sequence homology, this antibody may also react with mouse, rat and hamster. |
