| Description | PDE6A / PDE6 Alpha Antibody LS-C355599. The antibody detects phosphodiesterase 6 alpha (PDE6 alpha) from sheep retinal extract and bovine rod outer segment membranes as well as purified bovine PDE6. It has been successfully used in Western blot and immunofluorescence procedures. By Western blot, this antibody detects an ~90 kD protein representing PDE6 alpha from sheep retinal extract. A higher molecular weight band is sometimes observed using sheep retinal extracts. |
