This in turn antagonizes a Wnt/beta-catenin-independent dorsalization pathway activated by AXIN/JNK-signaling. Recombinant human AIDA protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E Coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques. |
