| Description | Purity >90% by SDS-PAGE, MW: 95 kDa. The recombinant mouse CD180/Fc chimera is a disulfide-linked homodimeric protein. The reduced monomer consists of 847 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 95 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the apparent molecular mass of rm CD180/Fc monomer is approximately 110 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the mouse CD180 (NP_032559.2) extracellular domain (Met 1-Ser 626) was fused with the Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus. |
