| Description | Sample Type: Serum, plasma Intended Use: For the quantitative determination of rabbit plasminogen (Plg) concentrations in serum, plasma. Sensitivity: 6.25ug/ml Range: 6.25-100ug/ml Specificity: This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of rabbit Plg. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between rabbit Plg and analogues was observed. Test Principle: This BioAssay™ employs the competitive inhibition enzyme immunoassay technique. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Plg. Standards or samples are added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with Biotin-conjugated Plg. A competitive inhibition reaction is launched between Plg (Standards or samples) and Biotin-conjugated Plg with the pre-coated antibody specific for Plg.
