Standards or samples are added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with Neomycin specific antibody and Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugated anti-antibody. The competitive inhibition reaction is launched between pre-coated Neomycin and Neomycin in standards or samples with the Neomycin special antibody.
