| Description | Development kit contains the basic components required for the development of sandwich ELISAs to measure natural and recombinant human Urokinase-type Plasminogen Activator Receptor (uPAR) in cell culture supernates. Other samples types, such as plasma and serum need to be validated prior to use. Each kit contains sufficient materials to run ELISAs on approximately fifteen 96-well plates. Kit Components: U2610-06A: Capture Antibody 1x1 vial uPAR Pab MoxHu Concentration, ~700ug/ml, Supplied as a lyophilized powder. Reconstitute with 1ml sterile sterile PBS. Working dilution; 4ug/ml in PBS. U2610-06B: Detection Antibody (Biotin) 1x1 vial Concentration, ~36ug/ml Supplied as a lyophilized powder. Reconstitute with 1ml sterile Reagent Diluent (Not supplied). Working dilution; 200ng/ml in Reagent Diluent. *U2610-06C: Standard 3x1 vial Concentration, ~120ng/ml Supplied as a lyophilized powder.
