Identity is confirmed by double diffusion (Ouchterlony) against human plasma and a known anti-human Factor H. The cross-reactivity of this product against the sera of the species listed below has been assessed by double diffusion using 10 ul of antisera against 10 ul of species sera. Species cross-reactivity: feline, canine, guinea pig, equine, human, mouse, rat. Does not react with chicken, bovine, porcine, rabbit, or goat. |
