Compatible samples: cell culture supernates, serum and plasma(EDTA). This is a TMB colorimetric sandwich ELISA kit with short assay time and fast experiment set up. Osteoprotegerin/TNFRSF11B tissue specificity: Highly expressed in liver, lung, stomach, intestines and calvaria. Highly expressed in decidua and placenta, and in embryo. There is no detectable cross-reactivity with other relevant proteins. Immunogen sequence: E22-L401. Sample Types: cell culture supernates, serum and plasma(EDTA). Range: 93.7pg/ml-6000pg/ml.
