| Description | This assay kit is used for determination of prealbumin (PA) in serum. Reduction of PA concentration is common in severe liver injury and other diseases. Sensitivity: The minimum detection limit is ≤14mg/L Range: 0-800mg/L. Determinant standard: r2≥0.990 Test Principle: Serum PA and the relevant antibody will form antigen-antibody complex in the blood sample, and therefore the turbidity of the blood sample will change. If the antibody is presented in certain range, the value of turbidity will be in positive proportion to the concentration of the antigen. Accuracy: Relative error≤15% Precision: Intra-Batch CV: <3.5% Inter-Batch CV: <5% Kit Components (see Protocol for final kit quantities): Reagent 1, Phosphate buffer (pH7.0), 0.05mol/L Reagent 2, Anti-PA serum, 20-30ml/L |
