Acts as partial inverse agonist at recombinant DS a-1-, a-2-, a-3-and a-5-GABAA receptors and shows partial agonism at DI a-4-and a-6-GABAA receptors. Antagonizes several behavioural and neurochemical effects of ethanol. |
