| Description | RABBIT ANTI op18 (C-TERMINAL). This item recognises Human op18, a 17.3kDa cytoplasmic protein belonging to the Strathmin family.Studies indicate that op18 may function as an intracellular relay by integrating several signalling pathways such as those involved in cell proliferation and differentiation. In addition, op18 is involved in the regulation of the microtubule filament system by destabilizing microtubules where it prevents assembly, and promotes disassembly of microtubules.
