| Description | CCL5 / RANTES Antibody LS-C355466. The antibody targets RANTES in ELISA, and WB applications and shows reactivity with Human samples. It detects RANTES which has a predicted molecular weight of approximately 8 kD. The Rantes polyclonal antibody has successfully been paired as the coating antibody in a sandwich ELISA with detection antibody M230B (biotinylated conjugate of clone VL-1) Typical dilutions for sandwich ELISA include 1 ug/ml for coating and 0.125 - 0.25 ug/ml for detection. Antibody It and biotinylated antibody M230B (clone VL-1) have successfully been used in combination with recombinant Rantes protein SRNTS in ELISA applications. |
