| Description | Purity ~97% (SDS-PAGE, HPLC). CXCL3/GROg is a small cytokine belonging to the CXC chemokine family. CXCL3 controls migration and adhesion of monocytes and mediates it effects on its target cell by interacting with a cell surface chemokine receptor called CXCR2. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to human GRO-gamma, a single non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 73aa, expressed in E. coli. Molecular Weight: ~7.9kD (73aa) Applications: Suitable for use in SDS-PAGE. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Biological Activity Fully biologically active when compared to standard.
