Also plays a key role in cardiovascular homeostasis through natriuresis, diuresis, vasorelaxation, and inhibition of renin and aldosterone secretion. Specifically binds and stimulates the cGMP production of the NPR1 receptor. Binds the clearance receptor NPR3. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to 76aa from human NT-ProBNP fused to His-tag at N-terminal, expressed in E. coli. Applications: Suitable for use in Enzyme Linked Fluorescent Assay. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. |
