Specifically binds and stimulates the cGMP production of the NPR1 receptor. Binds the clearance receptor NPR3. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to 108aa from human Pro-Brain Natriuretic Peptide fused to His-tag at N-terminal, expressed in E. coli.
