Detection Range: 25-400ug/ml Sensitivity: <23.764ug/ml Precision: Intra-Assay CV: <8% Inter-Assay CV: <10% Principle of the Assay: This assay employs the competitive inhibition enzyme immunoassay technique. The microtiter plate has been pre-coated with equine IgG. Standards, samples and HRP-conjugated anti-equine IgG are added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells and a competitive reaction is launched between plate-coated equine IgG and equine IgG in the standards or samples for limited antibody binding sites on the HRP-conjugated anti-equine IgG reagent. The wells are washed to remove unbound materials. TMB substrate solution is then added to the wells; color development is stopped and absorbance read at 450nm wavelength.
