| Description | The Hepatitis B Virus E Antigen (HBeAg) ELISA Kit is a qualitative in vitro enzyme immunoassay for the detection of HBeAg in mouse serum or plasma. Test Principle: This BioAssay™ employs the qualitative sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with HBeAb. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells with a Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugated HBeAb. Following a wash to remove any unbound reagent, a substrate solution is added to the wells and color develops in proportion to the amount of HBeAg bound in the initial step. The color development is stopped and the intensity of the color is measured. Sample Type: Serum and plasma Intended Use: For the qualitative determination of mouse hepatitis B virus e antigen (HBeAg) concentrations in serum and plasma.
