| Description | The HBsAb ELISA Kit allows for the in vitro quantitative determination of HBsAb concentrations in human serum and plasma. Precision: Intra-Assay CV: <10% Inter-Assay CV: <10% Assay Principle: This kit is based on sandwich enzyme-linked immuno-sirbent assay technology. HBsAg is pre-coated onto the 96-well plates. The test samples and HBsAg (HRP) are added to the wells and if there is any HBsAb in the samples, it will form a HBsAg-HBsAb-HRP-HBsAg complex. TMB Substrates are used to visualize a HRP enzymatic reaction. It is catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that changes to yellow after adding acidic stop solution. The optical density of the developed color is read with a suitable photometer at 450nm with a selected reference wavelength within 650nm.
