| Product Name | ATP1B2, Recombinant, Human, aa68-290, His-Tag (Sodium/Potassium-transporting ATPase Subunit beta-2, AMOG) |
| Description | Purity ~95% (SDS-PAGE). ATP1B2, as known as sodium/potassium-transporting ATPase subunit beta-2 isoform 1, is the family of Na+/K+ and H+/K+ ATPases beta chain proteins, and to the subfamily of Na+/K+ ATPases. It is the non-catalytic component of the active enzyme, which catalyzes the hydrolysis of ATP coupled with the exchange of Na+ and K+ ions across the plasma membrane. The precise function of the beta-2 subunit is not known. This protein is composed of 3 subunits: alpha (catalytic), beta and gamma. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa24-188 from human ATP1B2, fused to His-Tag at C- terminal, expressed in insect cell. Molecular Weight: ~26.4kD (232aa), confirmed by MALDI-TOF Endotoxin: 3000pmol/min/ug, and is defined as the amount of enzyme that hydrolyze 1pmole of Adenosine 5-triphosphate to phosphate/minute/minute at pH 7.5 at 25°C AA |
