| Description | Purity ~90% (SDS-PAGE). CRKL is a protein kinase containing SH2 and SH3 (src homology) domains which has been shown to activate the RAS and JUN kinase signaling pathways and transform fibroblasts in a RAS-dependent fashion. It is a substitute of the BCR-ABL tyrosine kinase, plays a role in fibroblast transformation by BCR-ABL, and has oncogenic potential. Recombinant human CRKL protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminal domain, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques. Recombinant protein corresponding to aa1-303 from human CRKL, fused to His-tag at N-terminal domain, expressed in E. coli. Molecular Weight: ~35.9kD (MALDI-TOF) Applications: Suitable for use in SDS-PAGE. |
