| Description | Sample Type: Serum Intended Use: This kit can be used for quantitative determination of ethanol in human serum. Range: 0-100mg/dL, 0-21.5mmol/L, r2>0.990 Test Principle: On the condition of ethanol dehydrogenase, ethanol will react with NAD+ to produce ethanol and NADH, and the NADH will change the absorbance at 340nm wavelength. The concentration of ethanol in serum (plasma) can measured by detecting the change of the absorbance at 340nm wavelength.
