| Description | Intended Use: Cortisol, BioAssay™ ELISA Kit a sandwich ELISA intended for the quantitative determination of Cortisol in mouse serum, plasma and tissue homogenates. Detection Range: 0.049-200ng/ml Sensitivity: 0.049ng/ml Specificity: This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of mouse Cortisol. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between mouse Cortisol and analogues was observed. Note: Limited by current skills and knowledge, it is impossible for us to complete the cross-reactivity detection between mouse Cortisol and all the analogues. Therefore, cross-reaction may still exist. Principle of the Assay: This assay employs the competitive inhibition enzyme immunoassay technique.
