| Description | APOA1 / Apolipoprotein A 1 Antibody (clone 12C8) LS-C20708. Recognizes human apo A-1from human serum/plasma in ELISA with purified apo A-1 or HDL directly coated onto the microtiter well. In Western blot after SDS-PAGE, this antibody reacts with apo A-1 in reduced as well as in non-reduced forms. No cross-reactivity is seen with human apolipoprotein B. |
