Intended Use: This kit can measure Glycosylated hemoglobin Alc (HbA1c) changes of all kinds of animal red blood cells, whole blood and other samples Test Principle: Glycosylated hemoglobin Alc (HbA1c) is an index that reflects control of blood glucose in diabetes for a long time (4-10 week). Poor long-term control of blood glucose will cause increased content of glycosylated hemoglobin. So determination of HbA1c can help to control the blood glucose in diabetics and it plays an important role in the study of peripheral vascular and cardiovascular complications of diabetes.
