No significant cross-reactivity or interference between TPO Antibody and analogues was observed. Assay Principle: The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with antigen (Thyroid Peroxidase). Standards and samples are added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells followed by biotinylated antigen (biotinylated Thyroid Peroxidase).
