| Description | The human MIP-1 alpha (Macrophage Inflammatory Protein-1 alpha) or Chemokine Ligand 3 (CCL3) BioAssay™ ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay) kit is an in vitro enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the quantitative measurement of human MIP-1 alpha. Sample Type: Serum and plasma (recommended using EDTA or heparin plasma). Cell culture supernatants and urine. Intended Use: For use in quantitative protein detection, establishing normal range and validation of antibody array results. Sensitivity: The minimum detectable concentration of MIP-1 Alpha is <6pg/ml. Range: 6-6000pg/ml Specificity: Recognizes human MIP-1 alpha.
