Sensitivity: 0.113ug/ml Range: 0.156-10ug/ml Specificity: This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of duck APOE. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between duck APOE and analogues was observed. Test Principle: This BioAssay™ employs the competitive inhibition enzyme immunoassay technique. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with APOE. Standards or samples are added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugated antibody preparation specific for APOE.
