IHC: In paraffin embedded Human Kidney shows textured staining in the cytoplasm of DCT cells. Paraffin embedded Human Testis and Uterus. Immunofluorescence: Strong expression of the protein seen in the cytoplasm of NIH3T3 cells. Enzyme immunoassay: Sandwich-type ELISA with increasing amount of recombinant Calnexin captured by a rabbit antibody. |
