A 50ul PKM2 reaction is conducted in a buffer containing 50mM Tris, pH 7.4, 100mM magnesium chloride, 250mM potassium chloride, 40mM ADP, 100mM phosphoenolpyruvate (PEP) at RT for 15 minutes. ATP production is detected using Kinase-Glo Luminescent Kinase Assay Platform. Applications: Suitable for use in the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors and selectivity profiling. |
