| Description | RXRB Antibody LS-C355643. The antibody detects retinoid X receptor (RXR) beta from human and mouse cells as well as transfected human and mouse RXR beta. It has been successfully used in Western blot, immunoprecipitation and gel shift procedures. By Western blot, this antibody detects an ~50 kD protein representing RXR beta from COS cells transfected with the human gene. Gel shift assays reveal supershifting of vitamin D receptor (VDR)/RXR beta/vitamin D receptor response element (VDRE) complexes when It is preincubated with RXR beta prior to addition of VDR. |
