Assay buffer: 50mM HEPES, pH 7.4, 2mM EDTA, 3mM DTT, 100mM sodium chloride, 50mM pNPP. The specific activity of PTPRS was determined using pNPP. Enzyme reaction condition: 20mM pNPP, 2min incubation at 30°C, 1ug enzyme. Applications: Suitable for use the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors and selectivity profiling. |
