| Description | Zinc Finger, BED Type Containing Protein 3 (ZBED3) BioAssay™ ECL Kit (Human) is a quantitative, in vitro, Chemiluminescence-based sandwich immunoassay (ECL) suitable for use in Tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. Test Principle: The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Zinc Finger, BED Type Containing Protein 3. Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to Zinc Finger, BED Type Containing Protein 3. Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. Then the mixture of substrate A and B is added to generate glow light emission kinetics. Upon plate development, the intensity of the emitted light is proportional to the Zinc Finger, BED Type Containing Protein 3 (ZBED3) level in the sample or standard.
