The reduced monomer consists of 489 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 54.8 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the apparent molecular mass of rh Fc/tPABeta monomer is approximately 60-65 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the Beta chain (Ile 311-Pro 562) of mature human tPA (NP_000921.1) was expressed with the fused Fc region of human IgG1 at the N-terminus. |
