| Description | HSP90AB1 / HSP90 Alpha B1 Antibody LS-C24182. Specificity: Reacts specifically with the beta isoform of human HSP90 (90-kD heat shock protein). It may also demonstrate weak reactivity with HSP90 alpha in certain other species, such as chicken (see 'Reactivity' below). On Western blots, it identifies the target band at ~90kD. Reactivity has been confirmed with human HeLa, T47D, A549, and PC-3 cell lysates and rabbit reticulocyte lysates by Western blotting and immunoprecipitation. Reactivity has also been confirmed with purified human HSP90 beta and purified chicken HSP90 alpha by Western blotting and immunoprecipitation. This antibody did not demonstrate reactivity with purified human HSP90 alpha in Western blots. |
